Ordering and Shipping Instructions
Items may be purchased via e-mail at bsccenter@aol.com. When ordering in this manner, please indicate the Item number and Title, Price, and Shipping and Handling Charge. Pennsylvania residents must also add 6% state sales tax. For example:

Businesses may order with a Purchase Order and an invoice will be sent with the shipment. Individual orders must be prepaid in full for the correct amount. BSC accepts VISA, MasterCard, money orders, and employer or personal checks written to BSC. If you wish to pay by credit card, you may include it in your e-mail, or you may call or fax your credit card number to the BSC office. Actual shipping cost is added to all bulk orders. Ask about bulk prices for any items which do not have them listed. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Send payment in US dollars only. All foreign checks must have an American bank location listed on the face, or reflect the equivalent of U.S. dollars plus 10% of the value as a cashing fee. International money orders in US dollars will be accepted when an American bank location is listed on the face. International orders will be billed and shipped air mail unless surface rate is requested at time of purchase.
